My Approach to Individual Counseling
Navigating through stressors in life and relationships can be challenging at times. I am passionate about helping individuals process difficult to help achieve their goals. I utilize an integrative approach to help you find ways to have a deeper connection by identifying your strengths, rebuilding trust, and increasing healthy communication. I will also help you process the anxiety and depression that accompanies feeling stuck and sometimes lonely, and help you in your journey toward healing.
The therapeutic process helps you make positive life changes by exploring your emotions and thought patterns and changing unhealthy behaviors. Our goal in therapy is for you to see lasting growth and change, to become happier and more fulfilled.
